What is Trust?
We live on trust every day. In our work, in our relationships everything is built on it.
And yet, we struggle to clearly explain what trust really is.
For a long time, trust has been something we feel.
Invisible, intangible, and often vague.
And still, it determines everything.
Who gets chosen. Who is believed. Who is given opportunities.
For something so important, is it acceptable that trust remains so unclear?
I have always questioned that.
Trust is not just an emotion
It is something we can understand more concretely. Something that can be treated as a structure.
If trust could be made visible, people could be understood more accurately.
Not by their titles, but for who they truly are.
I want to build a society where trust is structured.
A world where that structure moves relationships forward
between individuals, and between companies and people.

CEO Background
- Started as a composer while in university
(Worked on TV commercials and media projects) - Chose to enter business to understand organizations and evaluation
- Gained experience in sales and consulting at a manufacturing company
- Contributed to IPO and M&A projects in an organizational consulting firm
- Led new business development in an IT company
- Founded a healthcare-related startup and achieved an exit
- Established a joint venture with a listed company and became CEO
- Sold shares and moved to Vietnam to start DAYO GROUP
