HISTORY

Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam. Selected for an international scholarship program during her student years in Vietnam, she came to Japan to study. Majored in Global Innovation at university, where she engaged with diverse values and social issues, leading to a strong belief that the power of individuals can drive societal change.

While still in school, she gained practical experience through internships at IT companies and began her professional career in Japan after graduation. Working with multinational teams, she dedicated herself to creating environments where people can thrive beyond cultural and language barriers.

In 2024, she joined the founding of DAYO group to help build a society where young people across Asia can shape their futures through their skills. With experience, passion, and action as her foundation, she is committed to creating a system where potential continuously circulates and generates value.
